Abstract
Conducting this research has the objective to develop strategies for rural areas of Xixiangtang District Nanning City, Guangxi Province, People's Republic of China by synthesizing and modeling strategies for sustainable development and modeling strategies for the sustainability of the area. The “beautiful south” here is Xixiangtang District. Nanning City The researcher mainly used a qualitative research model and a statistical sampling of 500 tourists, selecting 80 tourists randomly to analyze the development and needs of the pastoral care center. Data were used from interviews with 50 people involved with pastoral care groups from various regions and data from interviews with another 7 area managers who had worked for up to 5 years to ensure the accuracy of the data by analyzing it through SWOT.
