Abstract
The objectives of this research are to 1) analyze the literature on damaged and non-functional buildings 2) analyze strategic management for buildings that are damaged and have no functional value 3) propose guidelines for Manage damaged and worthless buildings by leveraging new creative perspectives in Xihu District, Benxi City, Liaoning Province. This research is qualitative research. The study is an analysis of the literature on the strategic and sustainable management of buildings that are damaged and have no functional value. By relying on books, textbooks, academic articles, research articles, and affiliated document networks. and other data sources to analyze data. and leads to unstructured data planning and analysis for environmental planning professionals. construction engineer tourist Local artists and government officials
The results of the study found that: 1) The buildings are damaged and have no functional value in Xihu District. This causes the community cultural heritage area to Undergo all-round changes. It is something that the community has seen that the importance of the cultural heritage of their society has gradually disappeared. 2) Management of damaged and no-use buildings in Xihu District through strategic management of buildings that damaged and have no value in use from a creative new perspective and develop new approaches; and 3) proposals for managing damaged buildings and having value in use from a creative new perspective. Utilization and sustainability that creates a contemporary cultural space in the future that will last forever
