Abstract

          The objectives of this research are 1) to study the participation of the people in the administration of local administrative organizations. Case study: Nasamai Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Muang Yasothon District, Yasothon Province, for the preparation of economic, social, public health, religion and cultural development plans 2) to study the problems and obstacles to public participation in the administration of Na Samai Subdistrict Muang Yasothon District, Yasothon Province, and 3) to study the recommendations of the people to the administration of the Na Samai Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Muang Yasothon District, Yasothon Province The population is general people who are heads of households and youth groups in the area of ​​Na Samai Sub-district Muang Yasothon District, Yasothon Province, divided into 39 people aged 40-50 years and 11 youth aged 15-20 years, totaling 50 people. This study As an interview The results of the study showed that Participation in the development plan of the Na Samai Subdistrict Administrative Organization Muang Yasothon District, Yasothon Province, only some people have chosen to join the development committee. Most people will not be involved. Instead, will take part in proposing projects / activities. And to support activities in discussion forums and give opinions before putting projects / activities into the development plan. Project / activity prioritization It will be different. Each person proposes that the project / activity in the community is the first priority because the operating budget is limited each year Demand is more than budget. Editing, changing or reviewing project / activity requirements There was a village community meeting before. Because the community has a community development plan for each village It is consistent with the Tambon Administrative Organization Development Plan. Project / activity changes Each time there will be a community meeting to acknowledge activities that change the principle of development, recommendations 1) should be revised and revised guidelines and methods to encourage people to participate in community meetings and 2) should ensure that the administrative organization Sub-district The community must be truly involved in local development planning, encouraging community leaders and people to exchange knowledge.
