Abstract

          Moving from the world to the old times into the reading world, the demands of the labor market have changed. Repetitive skills are no longer enough because computers can do that instead. Now we are in the 21st century, every century is always changing and new things happen. Everyone who lives in this world cannot refuse the change that has taken place. But everyone can handle with the changes that come. The best handling for change is to be adaptable and not have the least self-impact or minimal impact. In the 21st century, this will lead everyone to a new society that call “Knowledge Society”. Everyone can get a lot of information in everyday life from playing with a mobile phone. From talking to people in chat applications and from various sources. That cause transformation of information has fast and effect human behavior in any dimensions. And industrial is one of those sectors that have changed in the 21st century that we call "Industrial Revolution". If we look back at the past, The first industrial revolution is 250 years away from which we are today, the second industrial revolution is 150 years from the present, And the last industrial revolution is 50 years away from where we are here. The world is spinning exponentially faster. It is not a straight line like in the past. In this article, we will present the essential work skills of the 21st century, including learning skills, literacy skills, and life skills to prepare for speedy change. In addition to being used to improve work efficiency, skills are also fundamental to our lives so that changes do not affect us or have the slightest impact.
