Abstract

          The authors gathered theoretical concepts from academics and research related to decision-making behavior and decision-making behavior in choosing local government administrators of people in the Northeastern region. Politics is divided into 3 levels: 1) Observational Level 2) Level of political involvement in various ways and 3) Level of political partnership with politicians or political organizations. As for the factors that influenced the people in the Northeastern region to decide to elect the executives of the local government organizations. These factors consisted of the following factors: 1) the factor of the legal obligation of the people, 2) the factor of personal qualifications of the applicant, 3) the factor of favorability of the political party to which the applicant belongs, and 4) Factors arising from the influence of exchange of goods in elections
