In normal conditions, Thailand has had problems with educational disparities for a long time. This gives people in the nation an unequal access to quality education. due to family socioeconomic differences and differences in educational institutions This is caused by inequality in the economy and society of the family. and disparities in the use of budget and manpower allocation for government education. In this situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, providing teachers and students with quality digital equipment and technology for quality online learning is costly and costly. causing inadequacy in teaching and learning management of some educational institutions and lack of learning readiness of students who are poor shortage of digital technology necessary for learning In addition, there were also aggravating problems with the situation at home. the economy is worse atmosphere and home environment that is not conducive to online learning would directly affect the quality of students. This makes the quality of education of students even more different. which is clearly evident new normal in education aggravates the problem of inequality in education of Thailand.
