Abstract

          This article aims to study the principles of governance related to the missions of the leader is a ruler who has the power and responsibility to governing which the government in the form of public administration There must be a law to give power to govern. There are various laws Many have stipulated that civil servants in various positions are "Competent Officer" to have administrative powers and governing the people for the benefit of the government and provide fairness to the people which in addition to the law in the previous Leaders in the public sector must adopt morality. Dharma principles in Buddhism are applied in government as well. Because the rule of morality will help the leader. Or parents can administer the administration to effectively “treat suffering, nourish happiness” for the people in the area.
