Abstract

          Buddhism is a religion of wisdom and practice. The basic tenets of Buddhism mentioned the fact by natural law that the student must use in parallel of wisdom in the study and practice. The Buddha Dhamma in Buddhism consists morality and ethics focus on the truth of the world literacy and currently lives. Particularly, the administration based on Buddha Dhamma is an important part of the stimulus the subordinates to live together happily, developing a sustainable and successful organization. The leaders seized by Buddhist principles to social acceptance. Leaders need to sacrifice personal gain for the public benefit. Educational Administration based with Buddha Dhamma is the principles of Buddhism. It can be used for administrators in the self-administration, human resource management and the management of the organization. It is consistent with principles of self-managing, people managing, and task managing by using the teachings of the Lord Buddha in the management and implementation to achieve maximum benefit which consisted of four principles; Four Sublime States of Mind, and 10 Royal Virtues of the King.
