Abstract

          meritocracy is Dharma in thinking and acting of executives The content is a collection of Buddhist ideals with the same content, namely “What is the principle of meritocracy?” the way of human salvation. good things which will cause dharma. The Buddha is not only teaching dharma. Of course, life both working in the private sector and government agencies We must cooperate with many other people, executives and people under management. When a large number of people are involved, it can cause various disturbances. We have to apply the principles of meritocracy in order to better apply it in the present.
