Abstract

          The COVID-19 pandemic has severely impacted education at all levels around the world, forcing almost all schools around the world to shut down, according to UNESCO (World Economic Forum (2020), the number of students is 1.38. Billions of people affected by school closures which is the effect extensively continuous and there was a change in the education management system The most prominent is teaching.The Academic article on Online Education Management in the NEW NORMAL Era aims to present appropriate teaching and learning management concepts in the COVID-19 era. Therefore proposes as follows 1) Concept of teaching and learning after COVID-19 (Social Distancing), 2) concept of educational administration consistent with the new normal, and 3) concept of the model change. Learning (Change Learning) Educational institutions have to move away from management. Normal learning becomes a new normal learning management, Or online learning management. Teachers must develop themselves urgently. In just a few months What is a good answer is that Teachers can develop themselves at anytime.
