Abstract

Bai Ludong Educational Institute, Lushan City, Jiangxi Province, People's Republic of China It is an important historical place. Starting from the late Tang Dynasty. It plays an important role as an artistic and cultural resource. It has many symbolic values. Therefore, it is important for conservation and sustainable development. The objectives of this research are: 1) to study the cultural value and role of Bailudong Educational Institution in Lushan. 2) To analyze and find guidelines for conservation and development of cultural heritage. of Bailudong Academy in Lushan city 3) To present a strategic model for conservation and development of Bai Lutong Educational Institution. in Lushan Mountain, Jiangxi Province, People's Republic of China, sustainably. Mixed use research By reviewing literature from books, textbooks, academic articles, and other sources to develop a theoretical framework. Semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders. The sample population includes: Executives of educational institutions Tourism management staff, academics, and researchers in related fields include 10 key personnel from educational institutions, 60 citizens, 200 tourists, and 10 officials. Data analysis using the Nvivo software tool was used to discern patterns and relationships. for qualitative data and semi-structured analytical hierarchy process (AHP) for quantitative data. This leads to actionable strategies for sustainable development and economic benefits. This framework is supported by analytical hierarchical process simulation. This will allow the institution's cultural development status to be scientifically and objectively measured. and as a guide to formulating targeted and actionable strategies for long-term sustainability.
