Abstract
The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of efficiency, 2) to study the work of the student support system, and 3) to study the relationship of administrative efficiency affecting the student support system work of Wat Srirat School personnel. (Anek Nakarat Bamrung), Bang Yai District, Nonthaburi Province The population used in this research There were a total of 76 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used in the data analysis consisted of percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson correlation coefficient.
The results showed that 1) Performance level Overall, at the highest level When considering each aspect, it was found that at the highest level in all aspects The averages are sorted in descending order, i.e. auditing, implementation of the plan. Revisions and Planning 2) The work of the student support system Overall, at the highest level When considering each aspect, it was found that it was at the highest level in all aspects. Sort the averages in descending order: Prevention, Correction, Assistance, Student Screening. Promotion and development, reporting of results, acquaintance with individual students and referrals 3) The relationship of administrative efficiency that affects the work of the student support system of Wat Srirat School personnel. Overall, it was found that there was a high level of positive correlation. It was statistically significant at 0.01 level.When classified by aspects, the correlation coefficients can be ordered from least to greatest: prevention, correction, assistance, student screening, reporting on results, referrals, individual student acquaintance and development support.
