Abstract

Research Article the Development of Local Administrative Organizations’ Capacity in Implementing Rabies Prevention Policy in Thawat Buri District, Roi Et Province the objective of this research is to study the level of capacity development of local administrative organizations in implementing rabies prevention policy in Thawat Buri District, Roi Et Province. This is a quantitative research study. The population consists of 397 residents aged 18 years and over who are eligible voters in Thawat Buri District, Roi Et Province. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The statistical methods employed include percentage, mean, and standard deviation analysis.

            The research findings indicate that the level of capacity development of local administrative organizations in implementing rabies prevention policies in Thawat Buri District, Roi Et Province consists of the following aspects: 1. Organizational Structure: The organization has established policies, coordination, and clearly defined responsibilities, enabling them to effectively implement the rabies prevention policy. 2. Personnel: The organization has developed the capacity of its personnel, ensuring they possess the knowledge and skills necessary for implementing the rabies prevention policy. 3. Budget: The organization has adequately planned its budget and utilizes available resources efficiently and cost-effectively. 4. Materials and Equipment: The organization uses available resources efficiently and effectively, while also regularly maintaining and caring for materials and equipment. 5.Facilities: The organization maintains an orderly and well-organized environment within each department.
