Abstract

This study aimed to examine 1) to study the level of administrative innovation and public service provision, 2) to study the relationship between administrative innovation factors and public service provision, 3) to study administrative innovation factors that affect the operation of public services, and 4) to study public feedback on public services. The sample was 375 people. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Pearson correlation coefficients and multiplier regression analysis.

          The results showed that: 1) Public opinion on the administrative innovation of Lam Plai Mas Municipality Lam plai Mat District, Buriram Province All aspects are at the highest level. 2) Public opinion on the provision of public services of Lamplai Mas Municipality Lam plai Mat District, Buriram Province It was found that all aspects were at the highest level. 3) Factors of administrative innovation affecting the provision of public services of Lam plai Mat Municipality Lamplai Mas District, Buriram Province The correlation with public services was statistically significant at the level of .01. 4) Factors of administrative innovation affecting the provision of public services of Lam Plai Mat Municipality Analysis by multiple-regression found that the prediction efficiency was 44.30 percent, and when considering the regression coefficient in the form of standard scores, it was found that the independent variable that could predict the success of the public service of Lam Plai Mas Municipality was 44.30 percent. Statistically significant at the level of .01. 5) Comments and suggestions suggest that the development and maintenance of infrastructure should be carried out. Expand the project to promote quality of life while developing vocational skills and generate income. Creating safety in the community through cooperation with relevant agencies.
