Abstract
Khru Yuea Ubon-noi's music learning process at "Ban Bat" school consists of three key components: 1) Learning resources: There are two types of learning resources: institutional learning resources ("Ban Bat", Thai music school) and personal resource-based learning (Khru Luang Pradit Phairo). 2) Learning Management: It consists of three subparts: curriculum (core and flexible), learning management (open to general learners, with emphasis on practical learning through day learning and boarding learning) and measurement (assessment methods are not prominent displayed) and 3) Learners: Normally, learners have basic skills in playing musical instruments before entering this school. The special features of this Thai music school include a learner-centered learning process and the selection of learners with high potential for development.
