การเปลี่ยนแปลงสู่การเป็นดิจิทัลเกี่ยวข้องกับการบูรณาการเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาใช้เพื่อปรับเปลี่ยนการดำเนินงาน กระบวนการ และบริการขององค์กร บทความนี้ศึกษาแนวคิดของการเปลี่ยนแปลงสู่การเป็นดิจิทัลและผลกระทบต่อการบริหารจัดการองค์กรภาครัฐในประเทศไทย สำรวจความท้าทายและโอกาสในการปรับใช้การเปลี่ยนแปลงทางดิจิทัลในบริบทของรัฐบาล วิเคราะห์ผลกระทบต่อประสิทธิภาพ ความโปร่งใสและความรับผิดชอบ การมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน และการให้บริการสาธารณะโดยรวม ผ่านการทบทวนวรรณกรรมทางวิชาการ กรณีศึกษา และข้อมูลจากแหล่งอ้างอิงต่าง ๆ อย่างครอบคลุม โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ข้อมูล เชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินการตามโครงการริเริ่มด้านการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางดิจิทัลที่ประสบความสำเร็จในองค์กรภาครัฐของไทย
