EDUCATIONNAL ADMINISTRATION BASED ON DIGITAL LAW

This academic article aims to analyze the role and significance of digital laws in elevating school administration in the context of technological transformation (Digital Disruption). The focus is on synthesizing the key provisions of four major laws: 1. the Digital Development for Economy and Society Act, B.E. 2560 (2017), 2. the Personal Data Protection Act, B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA), 3. The Computer-Related Crime Act, B.E. 2560 (2017) and its amendments, and 4. the Digital Government Administration and Services Act, B.E. 2562 (2019).This article proposes guidelines for integrating these legal frameworks into school administration processes through five dimensions of digital-era school management: 1. establishing an ICT vision, 2. building a school culture, 3. developing personnel, 4. Fostering digital leadership, and 5. managing information technology systems. The findings indicate that compliance with digital laws is not merely about reducing legal risks but serves as a strategic mechanism for creating Digital Governance, enabling schools to manage data and technology securely, transparently, and efficiently. This approach drives organizations toward sustainability in the digital era.
