The purposes of this research were: 1) to investigate the level of digital leadership of school administrators in the Ratchavipha School Network; 2) to investigate the level of safety management in schools within the Ratchavipha School Network; and 3) to examine the relationship between the digital leadership of school administrators and safety management in schools within the Ratchavipha School Network. This study employed a quantitative research design. The sample consisted of teachers in schools under the Ratchavipha Educational Network, Bangkok Secondary Educational Service Area Office 2, during the 2025 academic year, with a total population of 1,100teachers. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table, resulting in a sample of 241 teachers. Proportional stratified random sampling was used. The research instrument was a five-point scale questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.980. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product–moment correlation coefficient
The results indicated that: 1) the overall level of digital leadership of school administrators was high; 2) the overall level of safety management in schools was high; and 3) digital leadership of school administrators was positively correlated with safety management in schools at a moderate high level, with statistical significance at the 0.01 level (r = .704, p < 0.01).
