The objectives of this research were to: 1) study digital-age leadership among school administrators in Phen District under the Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, and 2) compare these leadership styles based on position, educational qualifications, and work experience. The sample consisted of 234 administrators and teachers, determined using Krejci and Morgan’s table and selected through stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire comprising 40 items across 5 areas, featuring a content validity (IOC) of 0.67–1.00 and a reliability of 0.82. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, independent t-test, and One-way ANOVA. The findings revealed that: Overall Leadership: Digital-age leadership among school administrators was at a high level. Aspect Analysis: The highest-rated aspects were digital vision and digital communications, while creating a digital culture received the lowest average score.
