This study aimed to evaluate the outcomes of a project implemented for participants at four levels: Context, Input, Process, and Product, including the product extension components Impact, Effectiveness, Sustainability, and Transportability based on Stufflebeam’s evaluation model. The research employed a mixed methods approach. The target group consisted of 15 administrators and teachers from Ban Bang Roup School in the 2025 academic year. Research instruments included questionnaires and interviews. Data were analyzed using mean, percentage, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The findings revealed that: 1) The context evaluation was at a high level, indicating that the project is well-aligned with the school's policies and vision. 2) The input evaluation was at the highest level, showing that the school has sufficient budget and personnel to support project implementation. 3) The process evaluation was at the highest level, indicating that the school systematically follows the PDCA cycle. 4) The product evaluation was at the highest level, showing that the project concretely enhances teachers' competencies in designing and managing active learning. 5) The impact evaluation was at the highest level, reflecting that the project promotes student engagement and supports learning management aligned with learners’ potential. 6) The effectiveness evaluation was at a high level, indicating that the project encourages teachers to effectively implement active learning plans. 7) The sustainability evaluation was at the highest level, showing that the participation of all stakeholders supports the continuous effectiveness of supervision. 8) The transportability evaluation was at a high level, indicating that the project can be effectively scaled as a model for evaluating and developing other projects. In summary, the clinical supervision for professional teacher development at Ban Bang Roup school is a high-quality initiative that systematically and effectively enhances teachers’ instructional practices.
