DIGITAL LEADERSHIP AFFECTING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SCHOOLS UNDER SAKONNAKHON PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

The purposes of this research were to: 1) examine the digital leadership of school administrators, 2) investigate the effectiveness of schools, 3) analyze the relationship between digital leadership and school effectiveness, and 4) identify the aspects of digital leadership affecting school effectiveness under Sakon Nakhon Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample consisted of 335 school administrators and teachers. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table, and stratified random sampling was employed. The research instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire. The reliability coefficients were 0.834 for digital leadership and 0.826 for school effectiveness. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s product–moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The findings revealed that: 1) the overall level of digital leadership of school administrators was at a high level; 2) the overall effectiveness of schools was also at a high level; 3) digital leadership had a moderate positive relationship with school effectiveness (r = 0.435), which was statistically significant at the .01 level; and 4) the aspects of digital leadership affecting school effectiveness were digital technology ethics, digital learning integration, and support for the use of digital technology in measurement and evaluation. The multiple correlation coefficient was 0.907, and these variables could jointly predict school effectiveness at 82.00 percent (Adjusted R² = 0.820). The predictive equation in raw scores was Ŷ = 0.472 + 0.700(X₅) + 0.118(X₃) + 0.052(X₄), and the predictive equation in standardized scores was Ẑ = 0.770(X₅) + 0.158(X₃) + 0.089(X₄).
