EVALUATION OF THE TRAINING PROJECT ON PREVENTION AND SOLUTION OF BEHAVIORAL PROBLEMS SEXUALITY, HAPPINESS IN ADOLESCENTS, MUANGNAKHON SI THAMMARAT SCHOOL NAKHON SI THAMMARAT SECONDARY EDUCATION AREA OFFICE

This research aimed to evaluate the implementation of a project across four key dimensions: 1) Reaction, 2) Learning, 3) Behavior, and 4) Results, based on the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model. A mixed-methods research design was employed. The target population consisted of 197 participants, including school administrators, teachers, and Grade 8 students (Grade 7 equivalent) during the 2025 academic year. The research instruments included questionnaires, tests, and interview schedules. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and content analysis.
The findings revealed that: 1) Reaction was at the highest level, with the lecture content being well-aligned with the project's objectives. 2) Regarding Learning, post-test scores were significantly higher than pre-test scores at the .05 level, exceeding the 70% threshold. 3) Behavior was at the highest level, demonstrating that students could apply the knowledge and experiences gained to their daily lives and ethical decision-making. 4) Results were at a high level; the school environment became safer, and the risk factors associated with teenage pregnancy significantly decreased. Qualitative data further supported that the project was of high quality, yielding a positive impact on both students and the institution. Therefore, the project should be continued to maintain safety standards and foster sustainable, healthy sexual health values.
The results suggest that the Kirkpatrick four-level evaluation model systematically reflects the outcomes of learners' knowledge construction and can serve as a guideline for the ongoing monitoring and sustainable development of school-based projects.
