CREATING INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT APPROACHES OF DIGITAL ADMINISTRATORS IN SMALL SCHOOLS AFFILIATED TO THE KHON KAEN PRIMARY EDUCATION AREA OFFICE

The purpose of this research is to create a guideline for the development of innovative leadership of digital administrators in small schools. It is affiliated to the Khon Kaen Primary Education Area Office in 2 stages, including: Step 1: Study the current condition Desirable conditions and necessary needs for the development of innovative leadership of digital executives. The sample used in the research was 27 school administrators and 275 teachers. The sample size was determined from Krejcie and Morgan's formula and Stratified Random Sampling technique was used to obtain the samples. The tool used as a questionnaire with a 5-level estimation scale with a confidence of 0.96 and using the PNImodified value to create a question in the interview. Step 2: Create a guideline for developing innovative leadership of executives in the digital era. Using a semi-structured interview method with 5 informants, the researcher determined the qualifications of the experts as a specific selection. The results show that the current condition The desirable conditions and the necessary needs of the development of innovative leadership of digital administrators in small schools affiliated to the Khon Kaen Primary Education Area Office. Overall, the average of the current conditions is moderate (,x. = 3.22) and the average desirable conditions are at the highest level (,x. = 4.54). It was found that the overall required needs were between 0.382 – 0.458, and the highest PNImodified value was in terms of change vision (PNImodified = 0.458). Creativity (PNImodified = 0.419) Technology (PNImodified = 0.413) Teamwork (PNImodified = 0.391) and Risk Management (PNImodified = 0.382) respectively, and from the synthesis of content issues based on the opinions of the 5 informants, it was found that the approach to developing innovative leadership of digital administrators in small schools affiliated to the Khon Kaen Primary Education Area Office has a total of 5 aspects according to the PDCA demming cycle process, namely creativity, vision for change, teamwork, use of technology, and risk management
