Abstract

This study aimed to 1) examine the creative leadership of school administrators, 2) investigate school environment management, and (3) explore the effect of school administrators’ creative leadership on school environment management in the Suvarnabhumi PraKan School Cluster under the Samut Prakan Secondary Educational Service Area Office. A quantitative research design was employed, with a sample of 260 school administrators and teachers determined according to Krejcie and Morgan’s table. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.927 and analyzed using percentages, means, standard deviations, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis.

The research findings were as follows:

1) The creative leadership of school administrators, both overall and in each individual dimension, was at a high level. 2) School environment management, both overall and in each dimension, was also at a high level. 3) The creative leadership of school administrators significantly affected school environment management within the Suvarnabhumi Prakan School Cluster at a .05 significance level. The predictive variables that entered the regression model, in order of significance, were flexibility, creativity, individual consideration, and vision. Collectively, these variables demonstrated a predictive power of 70.3%.
