FACTORS AFFECTING THE LEARNING ORGANIZATION OF SCHOOLS UNDER THE PHETCHABUN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

The pUrpose of this research were: 1) to study the levels of factors affecting the learning organization of schols: 2) to investigate the levels of being a learning organization of schools: 3) to study the factors predicting the learning organiqation of schools under the Phetchabun Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample group consisted of 92 school administrators,selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument was a 5-Point Likert scale questionnaire with reliability ranging from 0.79 to 0.93. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis The findings werd as follows 1) The overall oevel of factors affecting the learning orgnization of schools was at the highest level. The factor with the highest mean was Technology and Information Systems, while the factor with the lowest mean was Orhanizational Culture and Atmosphere 2) The overall level of being a learning oraanization of schools was at the highest level. The aspwct with to lowest mean was Knowledge Management 3) Factor theat significantly predicted the learning organization at the .05 level: Organiqational Culture and Atmosphere (x1) Technology and information Systems (x4) and Organizational Structure and Work Systems (x5) The multiple correlation coefficient (R) was 0.940,with a predictive power (R2) of 88.30 and a standard error of estimate of 0.134
