AN ANALYSIS OF INSPIRATIONAL LEADERSHIP FACTORS OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER THE LOEI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

This research aimed to 1) investigate the components and variables of inspirational leadership among school administrators, and 2) validate the goodness-of-fit between the developed inspirational leadership model and empirical data within the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The sample consisted of 345 administrators and teachers from the 2025 academic year, selected through stratified random sampling based on school size followed by simple random sampling. The research instrument was a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.802. Data were analyzed using frequency, mean, standard deviation, and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to verify the measurement model's consistency.
The research result were as follows:
1) Components of school administrators’ Inspirational leadership under Loei primary education service area office 1, comprises five components are Visionary, Credibility, Positive thinking, Enthusiasm and Goal clarity.
2.1) The first-order confirmatory model of inspirational leadership components of school administrators under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 is consistent with empirical data. It was found that all indices passed the good fit assessment criteria. The results of the fit index examination showed a p-value (of χ2) of 0.06, a Chi-square/df of 1.44, an SRMR of 0.014, an RMSEA of 0.04, an NFI of 0.993, an NNFI of 0.989, and a CFI of 0.998.
2.2) The adjusted second-order confirmatory model of inspirational leadership components of school administrators under the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 is consistent with empirical data. It was found that all indices passed the good fit assessment criteria. The results of the fit index examination showed a p-value (of χ2) of 0.089, a Chi-square/df of 1.24, an SRMR of 0.02, an RMSEA of 0.027, an NFI of 0.986, an NNFI of 0.994, and a CFI of 0.997.
