THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AND TEACHERS’ DIGITAL COMPETENCY IN PHANTHONG 2 SCHOOL NETWORK UNDER CHONBURI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

The purposes of this research were to: (1) examine the level of human resource management of school administrators, (2) investigate the level of teachers’ digital competency, and (3) analyze the relationship between school administrators’ human resource management and teachers’ digital competency within the Phanthong 2 School Network under Chonburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The sample consisted of 165 teachers selected from a population of 289 teachers in the Phanthong 2 School Network during the 2025 academic year, determined using the Krejcie and Morgan table and selected through proportional stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of 0.91. The statistical methods used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient. The research findings revealed that: (1) the overall level of human resource management of school administrators was at the highest level, with performance appraisal showing the highest mean score; (2) the overall level of teachers’ digital competency was also at the highest level, with digital characteristics ranking the highest; and (3) there was a statistically significant positive correlation between school administrators’ human resource management and teachers’ digital competency at the .05 level (r = 0.652, p < .05), indicating a moderate to high relationship.
