THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN DIGITAL-ERA LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AND SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION IN BUENG RANAM SCHOOL CLUSTER UNDER THE SISAKET PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 4

This study aimed to: 1) examine the digital-era leadership of school administrators; (2) investigate school administration; and (3) determine the relationship between digital-era leadership and school administration in the Bueng Ranam School Cluster under the Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. The sample consisted of 123 teachers, with the sample size determined using the Krejcie and Morgan (1970) table. The research instrument was a two-part questionnaire comprising 40 items. The first part, consisting of 20 items, assessed the digital-era leadership of school administrators, with an Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC) of 1.00 for all items, item discrimination indices ranging from .470 to .795, and a reliability coefficient of .93. The second part, also consisting of 20 items, measured school administration, with an IOC of 1.00 for all items, item discrimination indices ranging from .507 to .886, and a reliability coefficient of .95. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.
The findings revealed that both digital-era leadership and school administration were overall at a high level. Moreover, a strong positive relationship between digital-era leadership and school administration was found to be statistically significant at the .01 level.
