This research aimed to: 1. examine the transformational leadership of school administrators in the New Normal era; 2. investigate educational quality improvement; and 3. explore the relationship between transformational leadership of school administrators in the New Normal era and educational quality improvement in Phu Krachan School Network under the Si Sa Ket Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. The sample group consisted of 150 participants in the academic year 2025, comprising 20 school administrators and 130 teachers. The research instrument was a 40-item questionnaire consisting of: 1) a questionnaire on transformational leadership of school administrators in the New Normal era, with an IOC value of 1.00, item discrimination values ranging from .475 to .847, and a reliability coefficient of .95; and 2) a questionnaire on educational quality improvement, with an IOC value of 1.00, item discrimination values ranging from .463 to .861, and a reliability coefficient of .94. The statistics employed for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.
The research findings revealed that: 1) the transformational leadership of school administrators in the New Normal era was overall at a high level;
2) educational quality improvement was overall at a high level; and 3) the transformational leadership of school administrators in the New Normal era demonstrated a statistically significant positive relationship with educational quality improvement at the .01 level, with a high degree of correlation.
