Work Capability of Personnel of Department of Appealate Litigation Region 4

The aim of this research was to study 1) the factor level of work performance; 2) levels of work capability; 3) correlation between the work factors and capability at work; 4) the ways to develop the work of Personnel of Department of Appealate Litigation Region 4. This study used the mixed research methodologies : for the quantitative research, the sample were 102 Appealate Litigation Region 4, 2017 : Copies) of the personnel of Department of Appealate Litigation Region 4 and the tool used in this process was a questionnaire used to collect the data to find the statistic values of Percentage, Frequency, Mean and Standard Deviation and Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient. For the qualitative research, the tool was an in-depth interview form used to collect the data from 8 key informants before being interpreted by descriptive analysis. The research results were as follows: 1. The statistic score of the samples’ opinions on the work factors at Department of Appealate Litigation Region 4 in overall was at a high level. The highest can be seen in the aspect of ‘teamwork’ and the least was that of ‘work promotion’. 2. The level of the opinion related to the work capability of the samples in overall was at a high level. The highest can be seen in the aspect of ‘right and ethics adherence’ followed by that of ‘effectiveness focus’ ; the least was that of ‘vocational expertise practice’. 3. The coefficient between the work factors and capability at work in overall was high with the statistical significance level of 0.01. 4. The ways to develop the work of Personnel of Department of Appealate Litigation.
