Abstract

The purpose of this study was 1) to study the level of satisfaction of the people in the service of the FaoRaiSubdistrict Municipality, FaoRai District, NongKhai Province 2) to compare the satisfaction of the public with the service of the FaoRaiSubdistrict Municipality, FaoRai District, NongKhai Province 3) to study the suggestions of people's satisfaction towards the service of the FaoRaiSubdistrict Municipality, FaoRai District, NongKhai Province. Research conducted by quantitative research. Statistics were frequency, percent, mean, and standard deviation (SD), t-test, and f-test.

The results showed that:

  1. Satisfaction of the public on the service of FaoRaiSubdistrict Municipality, FaoRai District, NongKhai Province. Considering that it was found at all levels.
  2. The results of the t-test were not significantly different. So reject the hypothesis set. The results of the F-test were not significantly different. So reject the hypothesis set.
  3. The development guideline on satisfaction of the services provided by the FaoRaiSubdistrict Municipality, FaoRai District, NongKhai Province. showed that the staff needed to be transparent. In terms of timely service, staff are quick to provide services.
