Abstract

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the condition of academic administration in Thailand 4.0 era of Phrapariyattidhamma School administrators. Department of General Education Office of Phra Pariyat Dhamma Education Area Department of General Education, District 8, this research The researcher conducted a mixed method research between quantitative research. (Quantitative Research) and Qualitative Research (Quantitative Research) The quantitative research was conducted by survey (Survey Research) a sample of 206 people/person who are administrators and teachers in Phrapariyattidhamma School. Department of General Education Office of Phra Pariyat Dhamma Education Area the Department of General Education, District 8 collected data by using a 5-level estimation questionnaire at the confidence level of 0.98. The statistics used in the data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, and percentage. Standard Deviation and Qualitative Research were conducted by in-depth interviews with 10 key informants/person to support the quantitative data. Use contextual content analysis techniques.

          The results showed that : 1. Fundamental factors of administrators and teachers in Phrapariyatti dhamma schools Department of General Education Office of Phra Pariyat Dhamma Education Area General Education Department, District 8, mostly 104 monks, representing 50.50 percent, and 102 lay people, representing 49.50 percent. Most of the respondents' positions were teachers, 110 photos/person, representing 53.40 percent, followed by the position of deputy school director, 54 photos/person, representing 26.20 percent, and 42 school director positions, representing 20.40 percent. Work experience of respondents Most of them are from 5-10 years old, 97 photos/person, representing 47.10 percent, followed by 1-5 years of work experience, 62 photos/person, accounting for 30.10 percent, and have 10 years of work experience. 47 photos/person, representing 22.80%  2. Problems, obstacles, recommendations, guidelines for academic administration in the Thailand 4.0 era of Phrapariyattidhamma School administrators Department of General Education Office of Phra Pariyat Dhamma Education Area Department of General Education, District 8, administrators should set clear goals for learners' characteristics in line with national and constitutional strategies for directional development. Teachers should develop a variety of learning resources with quality and standards. And administrators should be encouraged to provide education through digital technology and social networks in various forms. feedback section There should be a study on creating academic cooperation in order to develop local education management to be sustainable and concrete. And there should be research on educational management that meets the needs of learners and society in the digital age.
