The Task of Village Head Man and Sub-district Head Man to Keep Peace and Order in Village and Community

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to find the way develop the efficiency of village and sub-district head man to complete their tasks. Documentary research andobservation were used as research methodology. The results of research are as follows1) Continual development the ability to complete their task.                   2) Promote their official office. 3) Retire at 60 years of age. 4) Support the budget to village plan.
