Desirable Factors for Creative Public Management on Human Well-being Index of Alpha Generation, Department of Mental Health, Ministry of Public Health

This research aimed to study and collect data in the current situation to identify the desirable factors to create a visionary model of creative public management relating to the well-being human development index of generation alpha, According to the future research theory method of using the Delphi technique approach to consensus of public and private experts on strategy for generation alpha’s well-being human development, 17 persons in total were selected by the Thomas T. Macmillan criteria (1971) and Allen E Ivey and Mary Bradford Ivey (2008), obtained by the purposive sampling. Consensus data were collected from in-depth interviews and questionnaires, analyzed by the descriptive statistics including median and interquartile range (IR).
The research results were found as follows; The findings revealed that the two desirable factors: subjective factors consisted of thoughtful thinking, useful thinking, positive thinking and empowering thinking, and objective factors, consisted of adaptation, learning, awareness, and increasing happiness. This is by taking the above two factors. Let’s create a concrete vision for creative public management through the Human Well-being Index.
