Desirable Factors for Future Military Leaders to Create an Organization of Happiness 1St Army Support Command Ko Chan District Chonburi Province

Abstract

This research aimed to study Desirable factors for future military leaders to create an organization of happiness 1st army support command ko Chan district Chonburi province. Group of key informants 3 groups, a total of 17 people, selected exclusively. Conduct research according to Tomas T. Macmillan’s Delphi Technique. It is a mixed research using both qualitative and quantitative. was applied at the standard error of 0.04. Data were collected for 3 cycles. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics.

          The research results were found as follows; revealed that 3 groups of key informants, totaling 17 people, gave their opinions on 3 desirable factors, namely, subordinate understanding factor, development factor, success factor. and have consistent opinions as a consensus based on the aforementioned factors that can lead to the creation of a happy organization
