Abstract

      The interaction for the professional development of school administrators is very important. Because the world is in century 21 This human resource development is considered the most important factor in the development of the country, the quality of education reflects the quality of the people who are the products of education. The main objective of education management is to systematically and continuously improve people's quality of life throughout their lives. Educational professionals must have a continuous self-development process to increase their knowledge, Professional skills, and attitudes. Therefore, interactions are involved in all dimensions of professional practice. This will result in educational institution administrators being able to use it in the development of work until it becomes a working culture that accumulates knowledge in the organization. It is to raise one's quality to be able to work professionally for the existence and advancement of the profession. meet the needs of educational institutions able to provide quality education according to educational standards and achieve the goals according to the objectives. The result is an improvement in the quality of education that will benefit the development of human resources and further national development.
