A study of human resource management with an organization’s achievement – oriented approach: Case study Mae sai subdistrict Administrative Organization Rong Kwang District, Phrae Province. The objectives of this research were: 1.) to study the problems and obstacles of human resource management; 2.) to study the level of human resource management operation and 3) to study the factors affecting the implementation of human resource management It's a mixed research. Both qualitative and quantitative data were collected. by qualitative research This was done through a semi-structured, in-depth interview. by choosing from 2 management positions and in the quantitative research section Using all 32 population groups in the organization. The statistical values for data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, mean and standard deviation, t-test and One-Way ANOVA. Which coming from a closed-ended questionnaire.
The results showed that Objective 1) found that problems and obstacles in the management, planning and organization were insufficient budget. to operations due to limited budget Problems in managing personnel to suit the operation because some personnel perform duties that are not in line with the line of work. In addition, centralized control prevents some projects from meeting the needs of the people due to limited resources. Objective 2) found that a level in the implementation of human resource management of the Sub-district Administrative Organization. It was at a very good level together with an important to have ethics. good service teamwork self-development and achievement-oriented, respectively, all in very good level and Objective 3) found that personal factors in terms of working time affect teamwork of human resource management operations of Mae Sai Subdistrict Administrative Organization. statistically significant at the 0.05 level
