Abstract

      In the present day, Thai schools have different degrees of capacity to recruit and exploit resources for school development. The school administrators’ ability to manage the schools is a key element that leads to the success or failure of school administration. It is sufficient to say that school administrators are the persons with a mission to drive the school toward the set objectives. The school's success also depends on the ability to obtain support from both private and government sectors for school development. In addition, the schools’ ability to club together monetary and non-monetary resources such as local intellectuality, a body of knowledge, labor, and material for construction are propellers that direct the school toward the set standard, which help generate quality of the learner development.
