Abstract

      The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of using Four Iddhipada Principles 2) to compare The use of Four Iddhipada Principles and 3) to study suggestions for the use of Four Iddhipada Principles in academic administration of school administrators. According to the views of administrators and teachers Under the Office of Education Phuket City Municipality using a quantitative research model The sample used in the research were 225 school administrators and teachers using stratified random sampling. and simple The tool used was a 5-point estimation scale questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and comparative analysis by t-test and one-way ANOVA test.
      The results of the research found that
     
1. The level of using the Four Iddhipada Principles in academic administration of school administrators according to administrators and teachers' perspectives. Under the Office of Education Phuket City Municipality The overall picture is at a high level.
      2. The comparison of the use of Four Iddhipada Principles in academic administration of school administrators. According to the views of administrators and teachers Under the Office of Education Phuket City Municipality, according to the age difference was statistically significant at 0.05 level. Work experience and position are not different.
      3. Suggestions: Educational institution administrators must have a modern vision. ready to accept rapid changes in information Emphasis must be placed on teacher learning management and the use of media for learners. There must be a form of measurement and evaluation that arises from the needs of teachers and learners who focus on assessment for all-round development. Including school administrators Must supervise teaching for teachers to develop or improve.
