AN APPLICATION OF THE TRISIKKHA PRINCIPLES TO PREPARE AN ANNUAL ACTION PLAN OF ADMINISTRATORS AND TEACHERS UNDER THE OFFICE OF EDUCATION PHUKET MUNICIPALITY.

Abstract

      The objectives of this research were 1) to study the level of application of the threefold principle, 2) to compare the application of the threefold principle, and 3) to study the suggestion of the application of the threefold principle. to prepare an annual action plan of administrators and teachers Under the Office of Education Phuket City Municipality using a quantitative research model A sample of 225 people was used in this study by stratified random sampling. and simple The tools used were 40 items of 5-point scaled questionnaires. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and one-way ANOVA test.
      The research results found that
