THE SERVICE PROVIDING TO PEOPLE ACCORDING TO SANGGHAVATTHU DHAMMA OF MUANG PAKPUN MUNICIPALITY, NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives oof this research are as follows; 1. to study the provision of public services according to the principles of Sanghawatthu Dhamma in Muang Pak Phun Municipality, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. 2. to study the problems and guidelines for promoting public services according to the principles of Sanghawatthu Dhamma in Muang Pak Phun Municipality, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. This research is a combination and quantitative research using questionnaires. Determine the sample used in the research of 395 persons and qualitative research by conducting in-depth interviews with key data providers of 5 persons. Use contextual content analysis techniques.

            The results of the research showed that 1. The provision of public services according to the principles of Sanghawatthu Dhamma of Muang Pak Phun Municipality, Nakhon Si Thammarat province in all 4 aspects, which has an average value of a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average was the Atthacariya aspect; provision of public services in the subjectivity, followed by Dana the provision of public services, in the aspect of Samanattata, and the aspect with the lowest average was the provision of public services was the aspect of Piyavaca.

            2) Problems and guidelines for promoting public services according to the Sanghawatthu Dhamma principle in Muang Pak Phun Municipality, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. The municipality does not have enough seats. The municipality should provide adequate seats for service recipients. Piyavaca aspect; In contacting the service, the staff sometimes speaks impolitely, use a non-melodious tone and encourage staff to apply verbal principles in the service. Atthacariya aspect; some municipal officials provide discriminatory public services, officials should give equal importance to the people who come to use the service. Samanattata aspect; Some municipal officials serve the public in some cases, benefiting some service recipients.
