The objectives of this thematic topic are as follows: 1) To study the
level of leadership according to the Seven Sappurisadhammas of Phrapariyattidhamma School administrators. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. The results of the study were as follows: Office of the Phrapariyatthamma Education Area Department of General Education, Region 8, including all 7 aspects, was at a high level. when considering side by side Sorted by the average from the most to the least, it was found that the side with the highest average was the Dhammanyuta Knowing the cause, followed by Atthanyuta fruitfulness and the side with the least average value was the Mattanyuta side. 2. The comparison results found that the administrators of Phrapariyatidhamma School Department of General Education as well as teachers in schools with education level positions and different work experience There were opinions on leadership according to the 7 Sappurisadhamma principles of Phrapariyattidhamma School administrators. Office of the Phrapariyatthamma Education Area Department of General Education Region 8 found no difference. which is not in accordance with the assumptions set
