GUIDELINES FOR INTEGRATED SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE 7RS PRINCIPLE OF CHA-AM MUNICIPALITY, PHETCHABURI PROVINCE

Cha-am is known as a peaceful beach town. beautiful nature It also has an abundant source of fresh water. Causing Cha-am to prosper in terms of public utilities and public utilities as well as providing tourism services It has an environmental development policy to develop a comprehensive solid waste management system to be more modern. Campaign for people to see the importance of using waste. and roads in municipalities without waste Controlling air pollution, dust and noise, expanding the area to accommodate wastewater for more thorough treatment. Take care of beach ecosystems, public places. and tourist attractions to remain beautiful as the lungs of the community However, there were still problems with waste in the area, namely 1) inappropriate waste management in the area, 2) insufficient waste disposal sites, 3) potential problems of local government organizations.
This mixed-method research aimed to: 1) Integrated solid waste management according to the 7Rs principle, in general, was at a high level 2) Compare the opinions towards the integrated waste management according to the 7Rs principle classified by personal characteristics 3) Study the factors of waste management that have 4) to study the integrated waste management approach according to the 7Rs principle. The sample group was 396 people living in Cha-am municipality. and 12 key informants. Data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, multiple regression, and content analysis.
Research results: 1) The integrated solid waste management according to the 7Rs principle was at a high level. 2) Personal characteristics, such as the length of time living in the community and different occupations. 3) Factors in overall solid waste management in terms of knowledge and understanding. Participation News Awareness There was a causal relationship with integrated solid waste management according to the 7Rs principle at a statistical significance level
