ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION MANAGEMENT MODEL, WASTE POLLUTION OF DEPARTMENTS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT IN PHETCHABURI PROVINCE

This mixed-method research aimed to: 1) identify the current state and problematic state of environmental pollution management in solid waste, 2) analyze factors affecting environmental pollution management in solid waste. Affecting the management of environmental pollution in solid waste. 3) proposed a model for managing environmental pollution in solid waste. The samples used in the study were 261 personnel working in agencies under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment in Phetchaburi Province and 15 key informants. Data were analyzed by multiple regression. and content analysis.
The study results showed that 1) The current situation is implemented according to the 3Rs principle, with waste sorting. by separating solid waste at the source as for the problem, namely waste management. lack of awareness and lack of cooperation.
2) Factors affecting the management of environmental pollution in solid waste officers, budgets, communications, public relations affects the management of environmental pollution in solid waste here was a statistical significance at the 0.001 level. The location affected the management of environmental pollution in solid waste with statistical significance at the 0.01 level and 3) the WEPMSBPC model for environmental pollution management consists of 4 important factors: personnel, budget, place and communication. These four factors resulted in effective and efficient management of environmental pollution in solid waste.
