This research with objectives 1) to study the condition of academic administration of school administrators in epidemic situation of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 under the Office of the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 2) to study the academic administration according to the principles of Phawana 4 of educational institute administrators in the situation of the spread of the corona virus infection 2019 under the Office of the Loei Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 3) to study the academic administration guidelines according to the principles of Phawana 4 of school administrators In the situation of the spread of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 under the Office of the Loei Primary Educational Service Area 2, the population used in this research were school administrators and teachers in schools under the Office of the Loei Primary Educational Service Area. 2. Academic year 2022, there are 157 schools in charge. The total population was 1,315 people, the sample size (Sample size) using the Krejcie & Morgan table and a sample of 313 people. The researcher performed stratified random sampling and simple sampling. by lottery and interviewed key informants, namely, 2 administrators, 2 study supervisors, 3 teachers, totaling 7 people.
