New Public Governance (NPG) is a concept that emphasizes cooperation between various sectors in society in solving public problems. Sharing experiences and knowledge makes it possible to learn from past experiences and creates shared learning. This makes it possible to create a learning culture in organizations and governments. It is important to adapt and improve management processes in response to social and technological changes and challenges at the same time.
