DEVELOPING PUBLIC SERVICES THROUGH A NETWORK OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATIONS

Abstract

This academic article aims to analyze the guidelines for developing the public services through a network of local government organizations, the mission of creating public services, carrying out missions in a network system, and creating interactions within the network to create the interdependence and exchanged activities. The success of creating public services through a management network should begin with the organizational development plan, designing and building a network that is consistent with goals, and developing the information system into an open and interconnected system. Developing the networked public services will lead to change the role of the state in which various government officials play a role in creating value for the state. Responding to the issues and needs of citizens, the government officials will have to adjust their roles and acting behaviors in response to networked government operations.
