ADMINISTRATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH GOOD GOVERNANCE OF WANGCHAN SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGENIZATION, KAENG KRACHAN DISTRICT, PHETCHABURI PROVINCE

Abstract

This research aimed to study 1) level of administration according to the principles of good governance. 2) comparison of personal characteristics towards administration according to the principles of good governance. 3) cause-effect relationship between the principles of good governance and Administration 4) guidelines for developing administration according to the principles of good governance. The sample group used in the quantitative research study consisted of 380 people residing in the Wang Chan Subdistrict Administrative Organization area, obtained by setting a quota size. and coincidentally the instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, and standard deviation. T-test one way variance Multiple Regression and 8 key informants in qualitative research were obtained by specifying specific dimensions. The instrument used for data collection was interviews. Data were analyzed by content analysis.

          The research results were found as follows; 1) Management according to the principles of good governance is at a high level; 2) gender, age, education level, occupation, and status have different opinions on administration according to the principles of good governance; 3) the rule of law, the principle of transparency Participation principles and the principle of value There is a cause-effect relationship with administration. Statistically significant at the 0.001 level. 4) Guidelines for developing management according to the principles of good governance found that there should be planning for various tasks in operations. Organization should be organized based on the chain of command. Work should be carried out according to the authority of the executives. There should be work performed according to authority and duties to serve the people. There should be supervision of operations to be in accordance with the operational plan. or specified guidelines.
