In today’s global society is an era of the knowledge-based economy. Humans must live amidst a lot of information and information. Accessing information is easy and fast. Even though the source of knowledge is far away in different hemispheres. Awareness of various stories can happen all the time. Therefore, the development of people in the field of education is the heart of national development. Because education emphasizes creating people to create prosperity for the country in terms of economics. Society and politics The Competency of administrators in the 21st century, Phrapariyattham School, General Education Department, is to focus on strengthening the ability of human resources to have knowledge and ability. Have skills in working and outstanding features Able to elevate the organization to achieve the goals set. Focusing on developing personnel to have competency is therefore the key to managing Phrapariyattham School, General Education Division, to be fully efficient and effective. Both knowledge skills and attitude will lead to the development of the educational institution to achieve the set objectives
