KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF BANG SARAY SUBDISTRICT MUNICIPALITY, SATTAHIP DISTRICT, CHONBURI PROVINCE

The objective of this research is to study personal factors affecting knowledge management in the development of Bang Saray Subdistrict Municipality, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province. and to study knowledge management in the development of Bang Saray Subdistrict Municipality, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province. This research article was quantitative. The area’s research was Bangsaray Subdistrict Municipality, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province. The study sample consisted 185 people in Bangsaray Subdistrict, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province, using the purposive selection method. The research tool was a questionnaire. The data analysis was based on statistics, percentages, averages, and standard deviation.
The research results found that: 1) Personal data towards knowledge management in the development of Bangsaray Subdistrict Municipality, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province was found that the majority of respondents were male, 130 people, accounting for 70.27 percent, and female, 55 people, accounting for 1.5 percent. 29.73 were between the ages of 41 - 50 years, 67 people, accounting for 36.21 percent, had a bachelor's degree in 97 people, accounting for 52.43 percent, and had a low average monthly income of 10,001 - 20,000 baht, 83 people, accounting for 44.86 percent. 2) Knowledge management in the overall development of Bangsaray Subdistrict Municipality, Sattahip District, Chonburi Province was at a high level when considering each item, it was found that every item was at a high level. The top three rankings could be ordered from highest to lowest as follows: the development was at a high level, followed by education, and the aspect with the lowest average was training.
